Once you make an initial enquiry, providing we have availability for your date we will offer a free site visit. At the site visit, we will have a discussion about your event and measure the area together.
Following this, we will send an email quotation and more importantly some photos of the size that we have discussed.
Once you have decided that you would like to go ahead, we will send you an invoice for a deposit to secure your date (usually 25%). The balance is then due on the day we set up. Set up in most instances will be a day or two before, this gives you enough time to do any final preparations that you need to.
Collection will be at the earliest the afternoon of the following day. This gives you enough time to shake off any hangover you may have from the night before or to clear up.
